|Ratlines by Stuart Neville (FICTION NEVILLE)|
Ireland in 1963 is eagerly awaiting American President John Kennedy’s visit to the home of his ancestors. The murder of a German immigrant (and former Nazi) could prove very embarrassing to the Irish government, which granted the murder victim asylum after World War II. Intelligence operative Albert Ryan searches for answers as the bodies pile up and links to higher-ups become clear.
Neville writes very well, but it’s graphic in detail. If gore adds spice to your reading, this may be the ticket.
