June is Audiobook Month

MVPL has a growing-and very popular collection, covering every genre. Give a listen to some of our most recent additions, both new and classic. You can choose from T.C. Boyle’s When the killing’s done (Animal rights activism plays out on the Channel Islands.); Andre Debus’ Townie (A son’s memoir of growing up without his famous father-devastating consequences teach resilience but it’s a hard road.); Henning Mankell’s Troubled man (This promises to be Kurt Wallander’s last case.); Megan O’Rourke’s Long goodbye (A daughter recounts her mother’s last illness in heartbreaking detail.); or try Oscar Wilde’s Importance of being earnest (L.A. Theatre Works does a great job with this tale of romantic complications.)
